The project was funded by the Irish Film Board in conduction with The Arts Council (of Ireland) and Raidió Teilifís Éireann. All 3D elements were created in blender 3D.

For almost two years we worked on this animated short film. Our main (and almost only) tool was Blender. We used Blender 2.49a from start to finish to avoid any road blocks, missing almost all the new versions.
Since the short film is touring festivals (including the Cannes Festival Short Film Corner) we can’t show the whole film, but we can present you a trailer, just to tease you. I know you’ll enjoy it.

My first short animated film, started as a process of learning character animation. I began working on it in the end of January 2013 and finished in the end of February 2013. Rendering process took me one more month (I was rendering at night) and it was completed by the beginning of April 2013.
“Fred” was modeled, animated, rendered and composed all by myself entirely in Blender. Texture making was done in GIMP, sound editing was done in Audacity.

Центар за унапређење животне средине и компанија Vip mobile објавили су конкурс за пријаву еколошких видео радова за такмичење у програму „ЕКОМОТИВАЦИЈА” у оквиру Међународног фестивала зелене културе „Green Fest“.
